Rights Issue - August 2023

The corporation provides its stockholders with the opportunity to buy its shares at a reduced price on a predetermined date referred to as the record date within a rights entitlement framework.

Stockholders receive Rights Entitlements (RE) through a temporary addition of RE to their Demat accounts, enabling them to partake in a Rights Issue. It's important to clarify that these are Rights Entitlements, distinct from Rights shares. In order to obtain the shares, individuals must submit applications to the relevant Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) and transform RE into shares. It's crucial to bear in mind that RE holds a provisional status, and until the application is submitted and the required sum is paid, the rights shares will not be added to the individual's Demat account.
